The location is ideal, situated in a non-touristic area within the limited traffic zone but still very close to the center of the city. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a large bed and a WC, are satisfactory.

The staff here are really attractive and helpful. It is not far away from the SMN(about 15 minutes from there). The breakfast is good. Nice choice to the price.

The room we stay is not furnished with very old beds and furnitures inside. Very noisy in the midnight one day and think a rave party was being held in the next room, with loud music playing. No way to complain to the reception as no staff was there at night.

The hotel had a comfortable bed and a friendly staff who provided clean towels. It was also conveniently located in a central area, making it easy to explore the city.

The room was a bit dated and there were some noise issues, especially with creaking doors and footsteps in the corridor. the bathroom was small and not very practical, requiring some awkward maneuvering to reach the shower.

Location was great. Close to central station and city core. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast brought to your room. A plus if you like such a thing.

Room had no air condition, hence we were plagued by mosquitos at night. Except from that the room was fine. Bathroom was pretty worn.

The hotel there is not to do with the picture in the website. I was very scared and I arrived very late in the night. I can't say it was a hotel. The room was very dirty (the walls and ground), the bathroom extremely small and bad and full of mould. It is like an old house pretending to be a hotel.

The hotel staff was excellent. They had are car moved to a less expensive car park and stored bags for us during our trip to Rome. It was then delivered upon our return, even though we didn't stay there again. Short walk to everything you want to see in Florence and excellent price.

Only one member of the staff spoke english well, very family run and at times felt like I was infringing on their family's space. Compared to competition in the same neighborhood, the prices were a bit high for what you get.

Great Value for money; Superb location! This hotel is an excellent value for money. the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable. It is situated near popular sites, such as the Central Market, and the city center is just a few minutes away. I appreciated their attention to detail, and free computer use on-site really helped me out. I slept beautifully because the area was so calm, and the bed was soft and cozy. For the price, you really cannot go wrong.

Small bathroom and no elevator. Unfortunately, there was no lift in the hotel, so it was a little annoying to walk up and down many flights of stairs.

staff was nice and helpful, room was sort of old fasioned style and was clean, there is cheep and gr8 bar just on the corner of the street, great was to get breakfast to the room and exactly on time when we ask for them even they were not included in room rate
